I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all real estate. Some buyers want full-service representation from first showing to closing day; others just need help writing a strong offer or navigating a specific step. Both are welcome here.
Every buyer experience starts with a discovery call. That’s where I get to know you—your lifestyle, your timeline, your budget, and what “home” really means to you. From there, I’ll research properties, set you up with customized MLS and IDX alerts, and help you make smart, competitive decisions in today’s market. I’ll guide you through pricing, negotiations, inspections, and due diligence, keeping things clear and calm along the way. Once you’re under contract, you’ll have access to trusted local vendors, clear next steps, and steady communication all the way to closing—and beyond. My clients don’t disappear after the keys are handed over. I stay in touch with homeownership tips, local resources, and client events, because buying a home isn’t just a transaction—it’s part of your journey.

A home search can be an overwhelming and daunting task. That's why I make it a priority to help you understand each step so your journey is as easy and painless as possible. By the end of your search, with my support and guidance, you will live happily ever after in your new dream home.
Consultation
During our buyer consultation, we'll explore market trends, financing options, and negotiation strategies together. I’m here to answer all your questions and get you started on the right path.
Pre-approval
I’ll guide you through the pre-approval process, where the lender will review your finances and let you know how much you can borrow. This is a crucial step in making your homeownership dreams a reality!
Property search
You'll receive notifications about listings that match your preferences. If something catches your eye, just let me know, and we’ll schedule a viewing right away to keep things moving forward.
Make an offer
When you’re ready, I’ll present your written offer to the seller. While we hope for an immediate acceptance, the seller might counter or reject the offer, but don't worry—we’ll navigate this together!
Inspections
We’ll arrange a home inspection to ensure everything is in working order and there are no major issues. This brings us one step closer to handing you the keys to your new home!
Closing
It’s time to celebrate—closing day is here! I’ll be with you through the final steps, ensuring a smooth and exciting finish to your home-buying journey.

Consultation
We’ll start with a consultation to clarify your goals, walk through the home buying process, and create a clear plan to help you reach them.

Pre-approval
Choose a lender you feel comfortable working with. By comparing banks, credit unions, and mortgage brokers, you’ll find the best financing solution and understand your buying power.

Viewing Homes
Whether online or in person, I’ll share expert tips on what to look for beyond the obvious and do behind-the-scenes research on properties that interest you

Making an Offer
Together, we’ll craft a winning offer—one that captures the seller’s interest and gives you the best chance of acceptance, all while staying aligned with your budget and preferences.

Inspections
North Carolina is a buyer-friendly state. The due diligence period gives you time to fully investigate the home—schedule inspections, negotiate repairs, review documents, and finalize financing.

Negotiating Repairs
After inspections are complete, I'll help you negotiate for any necessary repairs or credits.

Final Walkthrough
Once the due diligence period is over, it’s time to start packing! We’ll do a final walkthrough on the morning of closing to make sure the home is in the same or better condition than when you made the offer.

closing
We’ll meet at the attorney’s office to sign all the closing documents. Once the deed is recorded at the courthouse, the home is officially yours—and you can start moving in!
